Tired of reading about GM foods yet?

Sorry for the lack of updates, folks. I've been burning the midnight oil getting ready for the class I am teaching this Friday night at a scrapbooking retreat here in town. It's called "Using Transparent Elements." I am far from ready. At least it feels like I still am.

Here are the sample layouts that the students will be making in the class. (Yes, they are both the same layout, but I had to do one with the photo in both orientations, since I didn't specify which one the photo they bring should be in in.)

This blog will resume regular updating next week. 'Til then, I hope you are all well! Please share something with me that made your day/week/month in the comments section.

  1. My days are always made by my little (and not-so-little) critters! Sierra always comes out to greet me whenever she hears my voice in the shop. My horses always nicker when they see me coming (although that is LARGELY due to the fact that they know I'll be feeding them!!) Although being rubbed is something they enjoy too. But my kitties always love me and are happy to see me!!
    Love you BIG bunches!!

  2. Beautiful pages, as always. I'm so proud of you T, teaching piano and scrap booking and taking care of your family. Way to go!

  3. Those layouts look amazing. I really like the one of Jen and Kayla, it's beautiful!

  4. Those are lovely, T.

A slow week for me but a lovely thing the week before happened ... my friend's parents came into the shoppe with a big pot of hydrangeas for me. It was so nice and unexpected and I've been enjoying them everyday since.

Also, a cute blonde gave me a pot of honey which I've been enjoying everyday since especially when I'm feeling just a little eleven o'clockish. :)
